★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente parece ser bom. Estrura legal, atendimento rápido. Porém você é mal recebido, e os prazos que eles dão não é obedecido. Colocam você para trás. Se não abrir o bocão leva tromba.
Apparently it looks good. Cool structure, fast service. But you are unwelcome, and the deadlines they give are not obeyed. They put you back. If it does not open the mouth takes a trunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior cartório, se puder vá em qualquer outro! Cheio de falhas, pra fazer um documento de um terreno tive que ir 7 vezes, e até agora não resolvi, pq eles sempre mandam eu voltar pra assinar algo q eles fizeram errado e preciso assinar de novo.
Worst office, if you can go anywhere else! Full of flaws, to make a document of a land I had to go 7 times, and so far I haven't solved it, because they always send me back to sign something they did wrong and I need to sign it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, falta profissionalismo funcionários chegando após o horário de funcionamento e distraídos no celular em pleno atendimento, não sabem resolver os problemas fui lá 4 vezes para para resolver um problema simples só conseguir resolver porque fui ignorante, menos de 2 minutos me forneceram a certidão de registro que precisava nunca vi um serviço desses na minha vida e não sei o porquê continua desse jeito.
Horrible service, lack of professionalism employees arriving after opening hours and distracted on their cell phones in full service, they don't know how to solve the problems I went there 4 times to solve a simple problem I only managed to solve because I was ignorant, less than 2 minutes provided me with the certificate registration I needed I’ve never seen a service like this in my life and I don’t know why it’s still that way.

Pedem CPF autenticado? Tinham o CPF da minha esposa na certidão de casamento, mas mesmo assim pediram por outro documento.... isso é o absurdo da burocracia! CPF pode ser consultado e impresso por qualquer um no site da Receita?

Do you ask for an authenticated CPF? They had my wife's CPF on the marriage certificate, but even so they asked for another document.... this is the absurdity of bureaucracy! CPF can be consulted and printed by anyone on the Revenue website ?
