They missed the deadline of care that they themselves established; my gate is jamming, they came tidying up and left worse than it was. I'm waiting for repair since the 30th of October. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está com problema desde a instalação e agora após tantos pedidos para efetuarem o reparo, terei que pedir para uma empresa que tenha profissionais capacitados para acertarem o problema, meus vizinhos fizeram seus portões em outra empresa e nunca tiveram problema algum, me decepcionei com o atendimento, achei que por serem meus vizinhos, teria um tratamento melhor, mas me enganei, não indico pra ninguém.
It's in trouble since the installation and now after so many requests to carry out the repair, I will have to ask a company that has trained professionals to fix the problem, my neighbors made their gates in another company and never had any problems, I was disappointed with the service , I thought that because they are my neighbors, I would have a better treatment, but I was wrong, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente serviços de péssima qualidade, solda grosseira muito mal lixadas e a pintura contrata foi um desastre. Tive que pagar para outro profissional refazer a pintura. Detalhe, pagamos à vista antes de avaliar a qualidade do serviço. Entrega foi fora do prazo, tiveram que tirar as grades após terem sido chumbadas e quando trouxeram de volta, eu desisti e aceitei e como já disse paguei para outro profissional refazer a pintura. Não recomendo.
Unfortunately poor quality services, very poorly sanded coarse weld and the painting hired was a disaster. I had to pay for another professional to redo the painting. Detail, we pay cash before evaluating the quality of the service. Delivery was out of time, they had to remove the grates after they had been failed and when they were brought back, I gave up and accepted and as I said I paid for another professional to redo the painting. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho q vcs não vão trocar o puxador q veio com defeito, lamento q o serviço de vcs não é 100% atraso na entrega, deu a entender q o meu pedido ficou em segundo plano quando foi falado que tinha um pedido grande que atrasou por isso do atraso de entregar o meu na data prevista por vcs, não foi favor que vcs fizeram e sim paguei pelo produto e serviço que não é barato, mais vcs agiram dessa forma, não colocou puxador na hora da instalação do portão aonde que no início do negócio eu tinha falado que colocaria um puxador e quando colocaram depois veio com defeito e não foi trocado não espero mais a troca. A avaliação será dada. Por ser um lugar bem localizado eu achei q o serviço era de qualidade, mais infelizmente não é assim.
Espero que vcs tratem por igual todos os clientes seja de pedido grande ou pequeno.
