★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gasto 100 reais por semana de pizza. Minha mãe tem Alzheimer, outro dia mandaram o pedido que ela come errado e hoje peço uma pizza de frango com mussarela e me mandam apenas mussarela. Precisam prestar mais atenção, ou o pizzaiolo está no mundo da lua ou quem atende seu pedido está dormindo. Já percebi que tanto faz pra eles perderem um cliente.
 I spend 100 reais a week on pizza. My mother has Alzheimer's, the other day they ordered her wrong food and today I order a chicken pizza with mozzarella and they only send me mozzarella. They need to pay more attention, or the pizza maker is in the moon world or whoever takes his order is asleep. I've already realized that it doesn't matter for them to lose a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chateada, motoboy deu o cano e no WhatsApp pararam de me responder. Simplesmente não fizeram nada a respeito. Primeira compra e já tenho essa decepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda vez que compro dessa pizzaria, minha pizza chegou em volta das 20:40 chegou rapido e quentinha porém o motoboy entregou no predio até o meu apto, eu não sabia que ele iria subi até porque o porteito pediu para ele subi, logo em seguida a pizzaria me distratou não soube usar as palavras com cuidado ao falar com uma cliente e ainda fez pouco se compro lá novamente ou não. Graças a Deus que existe várias pizzaria né, espero que essa pizzaria contrate pessoas que saiba falar com empatia
It's the second time I buy from this pizzeria, my pizza arrived around 20:40 it arrived fast and hot but the motoboy delivered it to the building until my apartment, I didn't know he would go up because the doorman asked him to go up, soon after, the pizzeria distracted me, didn't know how to use words carefully when talking to a customer and even did little if I buy there again or not. Thank God there are several pizzerias, I hope this pizzeria hires people who know how to speak with empathy
