★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enqto estava pelo gympass tive um tratamento , depois que me convidaram para ser aluna da academia e eu aceite , o tratamento mudou .Tive problema com meu carro no estacionamento deles . Preço alto pelo serviço prestado , existem academias melhores com valores similares ou mais baixo em campinas .
 While I was at the gympass I had a treatment, after they invited me to be a student at the gym and I accepted, the treatment changed. I had a problem with my car in their parking lot. High price for the service provided, there are better gyms with similar or lower prices in the countryside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com estrutura muito boa, e todos profissionais altamente qualificados. Mas o que realmente deixa a desejar e precisaria urgente mudar são as recepcionistas!
Elas são absurdamente insistentes, me constrangeram e me trataram como se eu fosse uma caloteira.
Meu plano venceu semana passada, porém devido a paralisação nacional eu atrasei uns dias para levar o pagamente com o valor do plano, elas me ligaram trocentas vezes, me mandaram MUITAS mensagens e até com a coordenadora da unidade foram falar...
Aí eu me pergunto, será que elas não tem televisão em suas casas ou falta mesmo é um pouco de bom senso e semancol?!
Detalhe: elas já estavam me enchendo o saco (falando o portugues claro), querendo me vender o plano anual VARIAS VEZES, eu entendo que elas tem meta para bater, mas constranger o cliente a esse ponto é MUITA falta de respeito, uma pena...
Deixarei aqui os prints das mensagens, sem contar nas dezenas de ligaçoes.....
Gym with very good structure, and all highly qualified professionals. But what really leaves something to be desired and urgently needs to change are the receptionists!
They are absurdly insistent, embarrassed me and treated me like I was a deadbeat.
My plan expired last week, but due to a national stoppage I delayed a few days to take the payment with the value of the plan, they called me several times, sent me MANY messages and even with the unit coordinator went to talk ...
Then I wonder, do they have no television in their homes or is there a lack of common sense and semancol ?!
Detail: they were already pissing me off (speaking in clear Portuguese), wanting to sell me the annual plan VARIOUS TIMES, I understand that they have a goal to beat, but embarrassing the customer to that point is VERY lack of respect, a pity. ..

Me senti sem amparo quando levei minha indignação para um dos professores, fez pouco caso ainda quase me sinto constrangida (eu fiquei indignada quando uma aluna fazia fixo em um equipamento único pois não tinha outro para substituir exercício, e ninguém dava um toque para ela da equipe. Falou que eu mesma deveria pedir para dividir equipamento, dividir como??? Ela deixou celular e carteira, toalha só faltou colar etiqueta de “usando não incomode”) Ah e pasmem ele quase que vai falar com aluna na minha frente!! Se eu quisesse eu mesma tinha ido nela né?! Sem noção de+. Sensação de academia de bairro!!! Me arrependo super por ter fechado plano anual. Não renovarei.
