contra - Infraestrutura (esteiras arcaicas e caindo aos pedaços, bicicletas do arco da velha. Absurdamente, academia sem Wifi!! Banheiro masculino sempre fedido)
E temporariamente sem expediente das 11 as 14, que é um ótimo horário pra quem tem a hora do almoço livre para treinar.
pros - Fair price, instructor Anderson (very top...nice, considerate, knowledgeable about all exercises, etc.)
against - Infrastructure (archaic and crumbling treadmills, old woman's arch bikes. Absurdly, gym without Wifi!! Men's restroom always stinky)
And temporarily off-hours from 11 am to 2 pm, which is a great time for those who have lunch free to train.

Muita gratidão por tudo, super recomendo!
The best gym and swimming I've attended in my life so far, attentive teachers, if you need to reschedule classes according to your needs, affordable price and family environment, correct people, no lack of respect from men like I've seen in many gyms in the network of gyms. A lot of gratitude for everything, I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O horário de funcionamento é muito curto. A academia fecha às 9 da noite e não abre ao domingos. A preocupação de dividir os ambientes de treino para homens e mulheres limita e muito o espaço e a quantidade de aparelhos para treinar.
O professor eu super gente boa, mas infelizmente parece que é só ele que trabalha na academia.
Opening hours are very short. The gym closes at 9 pm and does not open on Sundays. The concern of dividing the training environments for men and women greatly limits the space and the amount of equipment to train.
The professor is super nice, but unfortunately it seems that he is the only one who works at the academy.
