Minha impressora epson L800 fotográfica foi para essa assistência com um defeito de engasgando papel e estava imprimindo muito bem e voltou com o engasgo resolvido e de brinde minha cabeça de impressão q custa R$1.200,00 Reais voltou sem funcionar. Segundo o técnico estava com defeito, defeito esse q eu nunca percebi pela qualidade de impressão perfeita e nítida. E agora eu não não consigo imprimir um boleto bancário.
Lamentável essa situação ... Perdeu o cliente.
I do not recommend.
My epson L800 photographic printer went to this assistance with a paper choking defect and it was printing very well and it came back with the choke resolved and as a gift my print head, which costs R$1,200.00 Reais, returned without working. According to the technician, it was defective, a defect that I never noticed because of the perfect and sharp print quality. And now I can't print a bank slip.
Regrettable this situation ... Lost the customer.
