 Terrible service, the guy who attended us was chatting on his cell phone all the time... we had to keep calling his attention... bad experience....

Vale a pena dar uma olhada nos preços de calçados e vestuário. Fui informado pelo vendedor que, após a reforma, a loja retorna apenas como Adidas Originals.
Incredible and very attentive service. If you are reading this review before August / 2019, know that the store has excellent deals, as it will close for renovation. It is worth taking a look at the prices of shoes and clothing. I was informed by the seller that, after the renovation, the store returns only as Adidas Originals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常垃圾的服务！ 当我进入商店销售人员非常热情 试穿过后准备结账 发现鞋子有些残次 要求销售更换一双新的 她和我这款都是一样的 我只能默默接受 会到家里当我想穿的时候又发现了一处残次 我找到店家更换告知我这双没有我要的号码了 当我问哪个门店有货我可以去那边更换 就开始不耐烦的和我说 只有里约热内卢有 说你要更换需要在网上登记备案 各种推脱 .. 真是一个非常糟糕的体验 给一颗星我都嫌多.
Very rubbish service! When I entered the store, the sales staff was very enthusiastic and tried to wear them and I was ready to check out. I found that the shoes were somehow defective and asked for a new pair of sales. She and mine are the same. I can only silently accept that I will come home when I want to wear them again. I found the store to replace it and told me that this pair did not have the number I wanted. When I asked which store is in stock, I can go there to replace it, and I started to be impatient and said that only Rio de Janeiro said that you need to register online if you want to replace it. Filing all kinds of excuses...It's really a very bad experience to give me a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso da loja meu marido me comprou tênis dia 05.05 para dia das mães dia 08.05 voltei na loja para trocar número de 37 por 35 fui informada que não tem e nem previsão para me dirigir shop pátio higenepolis questionei o gerente sobre a troca por loja tanto ele como a vendedora foram extremamente descaso e disseram que não....falta empatia com cliente....não compro mas nada nessa loja....ainda me procuram com argumento dizendo que não foi descaso....mudo de nome desrespeito consumidor
