Vi algumas peças na loja e como estava com pressa e não pude experimentar, chequei depois no site. Ontem fiz a compra de dois vestidos e pensei que está empresa fosse como as normais - permitisse a troca em loja. Hoje, ao ver a política de troca, percebi que me obrigam a trocar somente através de devolução e posterior escolha de novo produto no site. Absurdo isso. Este tipo de diretriz não combina com a marca e nem mesmo com o preço que cobram. Tenho um evento dia 11/09 e se não ficar legal, terei mais trabalho pra trocar a peça que produzir o evento.

I refer here to the branded shopping experience. My assessment is not about the store.
I saw some pieces in the store and as I was in a hurry and couldn't try it on, I checked later on the website. Yesterday I bought two dresses and I thought this company was like the normal ones - it allowed the exchange in the store. Today, seeing the exchange policy, I realized that they force me to exchange only through return and subsequent choice of a new product on the site. Absurd that. This type of guideline does not match the brand or even the price they charge. I have an event on 9/11 and if it doesn't look good, I'll have more work to change the piece that produces the event.
Bad experience.
