Don't know if it was because of the crowd today, intern problems or bad management but had an awful service.
We arrived in a big group (10 people) and knew we'd have to wait a little and it'd be difficult to get a seat, so we told the waitress we were ok with spliting the group. But after 1h we lost patience when another group of 4 entered before us. They arrived after and we were ok with split the group. After some discussion with waitress we got a table. But that was only the start of problems.
We got a dish as courtesy from the restaurant because of the problems we had but didn't want exactly that as apologies. Would be enough recognized their mistakes (like manager's apologies) and a better treatment during lunch, however we got the opposite.
(we were like, nice, thank you for the dish that weren't in menu, it was tasty but prefer better service)
We knew we'd eat everything in the all-you-can-eat menu, and to make things fast for both sides, we told the waitress to bring everything for everybody, we would just share our portions and nothing would be lost. But she didn't listen to us and got the exact number of each dish. (and some of that never went to our table - don't know how but got lost somewhere). Took almost 10min for all orders. Food also took some time to come.
They also have a sweet hot roll made of banana and nutella, thought it was a pretty strange hot roll (not good). Don't know if people like that.
