★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço PORCO, peças tudo com defeito de ultima linha, sem profissionalismo nenhum, proprietário da garantia da boca para fora, com 1 semana de uso, meu celular perdeu o brilho (não caiu no chão e continuava funcionando), o mesmo cobrou o preço da peça para troca inventando desculpa, aproveitou minha ausência e colocou a mesma peça, ao solicitar minha peça antiga (defeituosa) o mesmo se irritou, retirou o display do meu celular e quebrou em minha frente, e colocou outra que novamente começou a apresentar o mesmo problema com algumas horas de uso. Ignorante e desumilde,só ali, acabei gastando R$160 e perdi 5h em um celular que vale R$100 e devolveu o aparelho pior, sem o microfone. (edit:o dinheiro não foi devolvido, imoral)

Ignorant and inhuman, just there, I ended up spending R $ 160 and lost 5 hours on a cell phone that is worth R $ 100 and returned the worse device, without the microphone. (edit: money was not returned, immoral)

O atendimento é bom, os valores são ótimos e o serviço é garantido. Já cheguei a ter economia de 50% em relação aos preços particados em São bernardo, onde moro. Para mim, vale a pena ir até a Alca Cell para reparos.

The service is good, the values are great and the service is guaranteed. I have already achieved savings of 50% in relation to the prices quoted in São Bernardo, where I live.
