Aconselho a vocês começarem arcar com a "Política de atendimento e suporte para todos os clientes" que vocês ainda tem.

Well this is the second time I have a problem with products I buy.
What do you mean, you "Give us a guarantee" of the product purchased but the guarantee is for absolutely nothing?
That's a crime!
I advise you to start paying for the "Service and support policy for all customers" that you still have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa loja do shopping internacional e fui atendido pela atendente Tatiana , para a minha infelicidade ela me disse que sabia trocar a bateria do relógio e no final ela acabou danificando o meu relógio, fora o valor centimental também tem o valor financeiro que até o momento não fui ressarcido, meu relógio custa 3.000 mil reais e a atendente Tatiana queria me oferecer um relógio 700 reais não quiz e espero agora na justiça receber o valor .
Não índico para ninguém essa loja só tem amadores.
I went to this store in the international mall and was attended by the attendant Tatiana, to my misfortune she told me that she knew how to change the battery of the watch and in the end it ended up damaging my watch, apart from the centimental value it also has the financial value that so far I was not reimbursed, my watch costs 3,000 reais and the attendant Tatiana wanted to offer me a watch 700 reais I didn't want to and I hope now in justice to receive the value.
I do not recommend to anyone this store only has amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar pra arrumar relógios levei 3 abriram dois e tiraram a bateria que estava dentro e montaram errado, tive que ir fazer orçamento pra arrumar, o próprio relojoeiro falou que a pessoa que fez isso mal sabe ver horas o único que trocaram a bateria não fecharam direito e ainda me cobraram 50 reais por isso. Não levem vão perder o relógios de vcs.
Worst place to fix watches I took 3 they opened two and they took out the battery that was inside and they mounted it wrong, I had to go for a quote to fix it, the watchmaker himself said that the person who did this can barely tell the time the only one who changed the battery didn't close right and they charged me 50 reais for it. Don't take it, you'll lose your watches.
