Acredito que tem 3 pontos negativos principais:
1) condomínio tem poucas opções de lazer;
2) barulho da avenida e da cidade comercial incomoda um pouco;
3) o IPTU é um pouco salgado.
Great place to live. Well located and good price. The floor plan of the apartments is wide.
I believe there are 3 main negative points:
1) condominium has few leisure options;
2) noise from the avenue and the commercial city bothers a little;
3) IPTU is a little salty.
