Faz mais de 15 dias que fiz o primeiro contato!
Simplesmente ignoraram minha solicitação de saber mais a respeito de terrenos que me interessaram!
Quem anuncia seu imóvel nessa imobiliária deve se preocupar e, talvez, rever a situação, pois aparentemente não há interesse por parte de quem cuida do email, whatsapp e site em vender seu imóvel.
Lousy real estate! I tried to contact via e-mail twice, by whatsapp twice and by the real estate ads website and they did not return me!
More than 15 days ago I made the first contact!
They simply ignored my request to know more about land that interested me!
Whoever advertises their property in this real estate company should be concerned and, perhaps, review the situation, as apparently there is no interest on the part of those who take care of the email, whatsapp and website to sell their property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ou melhor, atendimento inexistente. Mensagens de whatsapp raramente respondidas. Marquei duas vezes com o corretor Rossi. Na primeira ele não compareceu e nem avisou, fiquei esperando na porta do imóvel por 30 minutos. Resolvi tentar mais uma vez e na segunda ele também não compareceria, mas fiquei sabendo com antecedência não por ele ter avisado, mas porque resolvi ligar 10 minutos antes para não ter riscos de dar nova viagem perdida. Apesar de ter marcado comigo por whatsapp, nessa ligação ele nem sabia do que se tratava. Acho que eles esquecem que locatário também é cliente e que somos nós que pagamos o aluguel e contribuímos com as entradas da empresa. Não recomendo. Se tem tanto descaso no agendamento da visita, imagina só caso seja necessário alguma acessória após a locação.
Terrible attendance. Or rather, non-existent service. Whatsapp messages rarely answered. I booked twice with the broker Rossi. In the first one, he didn't show up and didn't even warn, I was waiting at the door of the property for 30 minutes. I decided to try one more time and on the second one he wouldn't show up either, but I found out in advance not because he had warned him, but because I decided to call 10 minutes earlier so I wouldn't risk another missed trip. Despite having tagged me by whatsapp, in that call he didn't even know what it was about. I think they forget that the tenant is also a customer and that we are the ones who pay the rent and contribute to the company's income. I do not recommend. If you have so much neglect in scheduling the visit, just imagine if any accessory is needed after the lease.
