It takes a long time to return the deposit, they deduct from you but do not pay the bills that remain, if you want a headache, go rent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária desleal, age de má-fé, não cumpre o prometido, atendimento péssimo, enrola o inquilino o máximo que conseguir, desorganizada, demora para devolver o cheque caução, não indico nem para o pior inimigo. Fujam!!
Unfair real estate, acts in bad faith, does not deliver as promised, lousy service, rolls the tenant as much as he can, disorganized, delay to return the deposit check, I do not even indicate to the worst enemy. Run away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um contrato encerrado dês do dia 23/3/2020 a vistoria e entrega da chave foi feita no dia 02/06/2020 e até hoje 31/07/2020 meu contrato não foi encerrado e os 3 meses de aluguel depositado no inicio do contrato no valor de R$6300 ainda não foi devolvido. Tenho mais de 100 emails trocados com a imobiliaria sobre esse assunto e existe um total descaso para a solução,tomem muito cuidado em trabalhar com essa empresa ALUGARE, não recomendo de forma alguma.
I have a contract closed since 3/23/2020 the inspection and delivery of the key was done on 2/2/2020 and until today 7/31/2020 my contract has not ended and the 3 months of rent deposited at the beginning of the contract in the amount of R $ 6300 has not yet been returned. I have more than 100 emails exchanged with the real estate on this subject and there is a total disregard for the solution, take great care to work with this company RENT, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu namorado entramos em contato com eles pra ver um apartamento e a mulher q atendeu pareceu ter ficado com preconceito de sermos mais jovens. Ela não quis ajudar em nada, falou q a gente não poderia alugar e não tinha jeito, bem grossa.
My boyfriend and I got in touch with them to see an apartment and the woman who answered seemed to have been prejudiced against us being younger. She didn't want to help at all, she said that we couldn't rent and there was no way, really thick.
