★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, levei meu cão para uma consulta o veterinário solicitou check-up, ao retornar com exames enviados por e-mail houve falha no envio e lhe faltou falta de interesse me dispensando e pediu que voltasse no dia seguinte com resultado impresso,sendo que lhe foi enviado por duas vezes este mesmo resultado e o mesmo ignorou, resultando por minha parte dispensando os serviços desse mau profissional e que não recomendo a ninguém.
 Terribly, I took my dog for a consultation the veterinarian requested a check-up, when he returned with exams sent by e-mail, there was a failure in sending and he lacked a lack of interest, dismissing me and asked him to come back the next day with a printed result. this same result was sent twice and he ignored it, resulting in my part dispensing with the services of this bad professional and which I do not recommend to anyone.

Mas ultimamente a qualidade da Tosa e do atendimento caiu Muito!
O dog voltou cheio de feridas na patinha e com o corte totalmente mal feito e irregular!
Quando fomos questionar a qualidade, alegaram que "A FALHA ERA DO CACHORRO!!!"
I used to always take my dog for a bath and grooming.
But lately the quality of Tosa and the service has dropped a lot!
The dog came back full of wounds on his paw and with a totally bad and irregular cut!
When we went to question the quality, they claimed that "THE FAILURE WAS THE DOG !!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, nunca vi algo assim antes, não lavarão ela direito, não secarão direito, a tosa na barriga toda picotada nao tosarão não região traseira nem as patas eu tive que segurar pra cortar as unhas e mesmo assim machucarão ela, ela nunca tinha ficado tão assustada num banho como ai, equipe completamente despreparada só machucaram ela, estou triste e com raiva desse lugar, nunca mais minha filha volta lá!!!!!!!!!
Terrible, I've never seen anything like this before, they won't wash her properly, they won't dry properly, the clipping on her belly, all perforated, won't clip neither the back nor the paws I had to hold her to cut her nails and even then they would hurt her, she had never been so scared in a bath like there, completely unprepared team only hurt her, I'm sad and angry about this place, my daughter will never go back there!!!!!!!!!
