Se nega a fazer rescisão de contrato pois proprietário não pagou administração e deixa solto para o proprietário fazer a rescisão - que no meu caso foi uma péssima experiência. Ou seja, tenho contrato intermediado de entrada mas não terei de saída. Fazem vistoria mas não mandam pro inquilino fazer a conferência. Não cometam o mesmo erro que eu cometi!!!! Fujam dessa furada! Se arrependimento matasse…
Bad real estate. Termination of contract is the biggest headache.
