★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim, a tosa não atendeu ao que solicitamos tanto no tamanho quanto na qualidade do corte.
Fosse só isso ainda passava mas o grande problema é esqueceram algodões úmidos nos dois ouvidos do meu cachorro e isso causou uma inflamação nos ouvidos dele, agora vou ter que levar no veterinário.
Além da dor desnecessária causada ao animal, terei prejuizo financeiro com consulta e remedios. Espero que tenham a decência de assumir isso quando eu entrar em contato.
Fica o alerta para os demais pois eu não levo mais meu cachorro lá !
