Sugiro ao Dono da Veterinária, realizar pesquisa de satisfação para avaliarmos os atendimentos recebidos dos diferentes veterinários.
Principalmente quando é feito pela Veterinária, péssimo.
They leave much to be desired.
I suggest to the Veterinary Owner, perform a satisfaction survey to evaluate the care received from different veterinarians.
Especially when it's done by the vet, lousy.

Atendimento deplorável por parte da proprietária e veterinária Katia. Não sabe lidar com o público, me tratou com a maior ignorância. Quando fui questionar algo que não concordava, essas foram suas palavras: Você é veterinário?
Fora o ocorrido, que já é o suficiente para ninguém recorrer a esse lugar, vale lembrar o transtorno emocional, sendo que a srta. Katia ligou para minha sogra e pediu para retornar com urgência, alegando que era algo grave, sendo que repetimos os exames e está tudo bem com o cachorro.
IF YOU REALLY LIKE YOUR PET, PASS AWAY FROM THIS ADDRESS !!!!
Deplorable service from the owner and veterinarian Katia. He doesn't know how to deal with the public, he treated me with the greatest ignorance. When I went to question something I didn't agree with, those were his words: Are you a vet?
Apart from what happened, which is enough for anyone to go to this place, it is worth remembering the emotional disorder, being that Miss. Katia called my mother-in-law and asked to return urgently, claiming it was serious, since we repeated the exams and everything is fine with the dog.

Receptionist uneducated and totally unprepared to assist us at the time of the loss of our pets. How much lack of empathy for the pain of the other. It's my second pet child that I need to rush and they don't save. God forbid I never need this clinic again.
