I sent two emails, no reply. I call one of the phone numbers, message says the number does not exist. In the other number, nobody answers. :-(

Eu tenho um macbook que caiu líquido, levei na autorizada da apple e outras técnicas e ficou claro que queriam se aproveitar da situação pra falar que ferrou tudo e cobra uma nota.
O Camilo da Apple Point abriu o computador na minha frente, analisou, me explicou o que estava acontecendo e nao apenas consertou minha maquina, mas tbm deu um belo upgrade nela por muito menos que nos outros lugares que fui.
Não tenho mais dúvidas, qualquer coisa que precisar de algum produto da Apple, vou direto lá!

I have a macbook that fell into a liquid, I took it with Apple's authorized and other techniques and it was clear that they wanted to take advantage of the situation to say that they screwed up and charged a note.
Camilo from Apple Point opened the computer in front of me, analyzed it, explained what was going on and not only repaired my machine, but also gave it a nice upgrade for much less than in other places I went.
I have no more doubts, anything that needs an Apple product, I'll go right there!
