Pedi um serviço simples, consertar dois bolsos de duas calças, achei o preço caro e justificaram dizendo que os bolsos teriam que ser trocados. Quando fui pegar as calças, um bolso tinha sido remendado e na outra calça só costuraram o bolso, mesmo assim, o serviço final ficou ruim. Reclamei, mas a costureira veio até o balcão, me desmentiu, não assumiu o erro e me devolveram $2 pelo bolso costurado. Enfim, não discuti porque já tinha pago com antecedência, fui embora e levei para outra profissional consertar.
The service is friendly, but the service is poor. I asked for a simple service, to fix two pockets for two pants, I thought the price was expensive and they justified saying that the pockets would have to be changed. When I went to get the pants, one pocket had been patched and the other pants just sewed the pocket, even so, the final service was bad. I complained, but the seamstress came to the counter, denied me, did not assume the mistake and they gave me back $ 2 for the sewn pocket. Anyway, I didn't argue because I had already paid in advance, I left and took it to another professional to fix it.
