O principal ponto negativo é que o número de vendedores é pequeno para a grande quantidade de clientes. Sempre que penso em comprar algo lá, já vou pensando no tempo que será gasto, pois a demora pra ser atendido é enorme. Quanto aos vendedores, a maioria é atenciosa e eficaz.
I have been a client of this establishment since I started working with crafts (crochet and knitting). The main negative point is that the number of salespeople is small for the large number of customers. Whenever I think about buying something there, I already think about the time that will be spent, because the delay to be attended is enormous. As for salespeople, most are attentive and effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento pois comprei somente um barbante e na hora de pagar no caixa a moça chamou a vendedora pra saber o que eu tinha comprado. Bom constrangedor.pois se uma outra cliente fez coisa errada na hora de pagar não serão todos que vão fazer a mesma coisa...de resto ótimo preço...
I did not like the service because I bought only a string and when it was time to pay at the register the girl called the saleswoman to find out what I had bought. Good embarrassing.then if another customer did the wrong thing when paying, not everyone will do the same thing ... otherwise great price ...
