★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da funcionária faltou empatia e gentileza nas duas vezes que tentei ir lá depois do trabalho. Ela parecia estar me expulsando de lá, a primeira vez eu pediu espetos para levar pra casa, o atendente do caixa me ofereceu para sentar enquanto aguardava, por lá estavam com duas mesas cheias, pessoal bebendo tranquilo, e ela foi até a mim e me falou que já tinha encerrado o atendimento e não ia servir, que já estava fechando, porém nenhuma movimentação para fechar, o outro colega foi nela e falou que era pra levar. Na segunda vez eu estava na calçada e ela foi lá fora e me falou "pra você não perder seu tempo de entrar e tal, nós já estamos encerrando" então eu argumentei que fecha às 20hs e ela me mostrou no relógio 19:50, eu disse ainda tem 10 minutos, ela disse que estavam encerrando e não iam mais servir! Porém ela não foi gentil ao falar, ao menos orientá la a ter um pouco mais de gentileza e modos com o cliente.
The employee's service lacked empathy and kindness the two times I tried to go there after work. She seemed to be kicking me out of there, the first time I asked for skewers to take home, the cashier offered me to sit while I waited, there were two tables full, people drinking calmly, and she went to me and she said that she had already finished the service and would not serve, that it was already closing, but there was no movement to close it, the other colleague went to her and said it was to take. The second time I was on the sidewalk and she went outside and told me "so you don't waste your time to get in and such, we're already closing" so I argued that it closes at 8 pm and she showed me at 7:50 pm, I said there are still 10 minutes, she said they were closing and they would no longer serve! But she was not kind to speak, at least guide her to have a little more kindness and manners with the customer.
