★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falei pelo whats com a pessoa responsável por marcar os atendimentos e ela simplesmente me ignorou . Eu ia marcar um corte mais luzes e fui deixada no vácuo. Nunca vi isso na vida. Como me mudei para o condomínio próximo ao salão resolvi conhecer o trabalho e caso eu gostasse viraria cliente.
Acho que como eu perguntei mais sobre o corte, a pessoa achou que eu faria apenas o corte, e como é barato, talvez achou que não valeria a pena marcar horário pra alguém que ao ver dela gastaria pouco no salão. Só que eu iria conhecer o salão primeiro pra marcar mais procedimentos caso eu ficasse satisfeita com o trabalho.
Mas, enfim, vou continuar indo no salão onde eu ia antes que é mais longe mas vale mais a pena e sou muito bem tratada.
Fica a dica pra não perderem futuras clientes. Ainda mais nessa época de pandemia em que todos precisam conquistar clientes.
I spoke on whats with the person responsible for making appointments and she simply ignored me. I was going to make a cut for more lights and I was left in a vacuum. I've never seen that in my life. As I moved to the condominium next to the salon I decided to get to know the work and if I liked it I would become a client.
I think that as I asked more about the cut, the person thought that I would only make the cut, and as it is cheap, maybe he thought that it would not be worth making an appointment for someone who, when seeing her, would spend little in the salon. Only I would visit the salon first to schedule more procedures in case I was satisfied with the work.
But, anyway, I will continue to go to the salon where I used to go, which is further away but it is more worthwhile and I am treated very well.
It is a tip not to lose future customers. Even more so in this pandemic era when everyone needs to win customers.
