★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to book a room in this hotel from Sweden, but let me tell you, the customer service is awful. I contacted them through WhatsApp to have some questions answered. They had zero interest in answering anything or helping me.
I really wanted to stay in this hotel because they have a really good location and a spa, but if this interaction reflects the customer service, I am glad I couldn't book it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a fantastic location, right in front of the beach, a great breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms and very service minded staff, I can warmly recommend this hotel. There are however several signs that this is an old hotel that is in serious need of some upgrades such as the rooftop bar and pool area, the gym and the dark outdated hallways on every floor. The door to our room didn't close properly and could easily be opened without the key card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, rather dirty, noisy, unable to sell you a glass of wine (you need to buy a whole bottle), and constantly on reparation. The only advantage of the hotel is its location and stunning views. All in all not worth a price and effort.
