★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar, fazem serviços sem orçamento e aprovação do cliente (e se o cara não tem dinheiro pra pagar, faz o quê). No meu conserto em questão, compraram peças paralelas e cobraram valores mais altos do que peças originais, denotando a sede em ganhar dinheiro não em confiabilidade e qualidade do serviço, e sim no bom e velho jeitinho brasileiro. Parcelam no cartão, porém em poucas vezes (normalmente consertos automotivos custam caro, então isso pode pesar no seu bolso quando a fatura chegar).
Costumam deixar seu carro estacionado em via pública (recebi uma multa por estacionamento na faixa exclusiva de ônibus). Resumindo, não leve seu carro aqui nem que seja a última oficina do planeta.
Service leaves something to be desired, they do services without budget and customer approval (and if the guy doesn't have money to pay, do what). In my repair in question, they bought parallel parts and charged higher values than original parts, denoting the thirst to earn money not in reliability and quality of service, but in the good old Brazilian way. They install on the card, but in a few times (usually automotive repairs are expensive, so this can weigh in your pocket when the invoice arrives).
They usually leave their car parked on a public road (I received a parking fee on the exclusive bus lane). In short, do not take your car here even if it is the last workshop on the planet.
