The instructor Renata was the one who taught me how to drive from scratch, she is sensational, she has a lot of patience to teach, super capable! I would definitely recommend the driving school and the instructor to other people. Trust that there is the best driving school in the region ?

Antes de Engressar na Empresa já ouvia muitas coisas boas sobre a mesma! E graças a Deus Hoje faço parte da Equipe. Então para quem sonha em ter sua CNH, Auto Moto Escola Imperial é a Opção!!
Mesmo com o Detran ainda tendo alguns problemas para emissão das Cnh's por conta da Pandemia que se passou e ainda se faz presente (infelizmente).
Mas sem dúvida bom Local e Equipe para lhe Ensinar as práticas de Direção!! ?

Even with the DMV still having some problems issuing Cnh's because of the pandemic that happened and is still present (unfortunately).
But without a doubt good Location and Team to teach you the practices of Driving!! ?

Os carro são limpos cheirosos, bancão limpos e com proteção em meio a esse caos que o mundo enfrenta! Com toda certeza uma indicação de olhos fechado pra esse lugar que trabalha, de forma adequada e esta à disposição pra solucionar e atender de forma ética todos seus alunos e pessoas que precisam do seu serviços e atendimentos. Meus aplausos pra esta empresa integra que habita no estado de São paulo chamada Auto escola Imperial. ❤️
Wonderful, excellent service. Attentive people who are there to solve and solve your problem, stipulating a deadline that the Detran passes and everything arrives and happens within that deadline! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível desde o primeiro atendimento, marcaram meus exames médico e psicotécnico em lugares extremamente longes da mi8nha casa e quando perguntei se poderia mudar "não, se está insatisfeita pode vir aqui e cancelar".
Após os testes me informaram que entrariam em contato para marcar o CFC, terminei os exames em DEZEMBRO de 2020 e só consegui realizar o CFC em setembro de 2021 porque fui atrás, ainda tive que pagar uma taxa de 30,00 porque cfc online não tinha no contrato e teria que ser pago a parte porque não tinha turma presencial.
Após os CFC comecei minhas aulas práticas com um instrutor que passava mais tempo no celular, indo na casa dele resolver problemas e me chamando de lerda porque eu não queria correr na cruzeiro do sul nem enfiar o carro na frente de um ônibus do que realmente me ensinar, me fazendo ter medo de dirigir.
E não acaba por aqui, pra agendar a prova prática demora mais de duas semanas e se você chamar no whatsapp é ignorada. Estou pensando seriamente em ingressar com ação judicial por danos morais, porque o interesse da auto escola em auxiliar é NULO.

And it doesn't end there, to schedule the practical test takes more than two weeks and if you call on whatsapp it is ignored. I'm seriously thinking about filing a lawsuit for moral damages, because the auto school's interest in helping is NULL.
