★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para consertar e depois começou aparecer mais problemas! Levei a outro mecânico e constatou que o pivô da barra de direção ficara sem aperto e presa apenas por uma cupila ficando o carro sem estabilidade! Situação causado de propósito pelo mecânico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tô com problema no carro a dias mas tão tentando resolver e o carro já ficou em total de mais 8 vezes com mesmo problema e não resolve trambulador com parafuso e vazamento no motor e luz de óleo pisca , isso que foi feito lá mesmo. Falam traz aí que vamos resolver mas já foi lá 8 dias com mesmo problema fora mais de 20 dias fazendo motor.
Eles atendem bem mas o serviso e de péssima qualidade não recomendo o piscinão!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Levei o carro na concessionária e ficou 2 dias e resolveram os problemas já andei 3800km e ficou bom
I have a problem with the car for days but I’m trying to solve it and the car has been in total of 8 more times with the same problem and it doesn’t solve the trambulador with screw and leak in the engine and oil light flashes, this was done there. They say that we are going to solve it, but it has been there for 8 days with the same problem, more than 20 days on the engine.
They serve well but the service and of poor quality do not recommend the swimming pool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took the car at the dealership and it stayed 2 days and they solved the problems I already walked 3800km and it was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja me utilizo dos serviços desta oficina ha um bom tempo,o Sr. Reginaldo sempre bem atencioso,mas infelizmente o serviço ja nao e como era antes ja ha um bom tempo.Acredito que o motivo seja que ele quer economizar no mecanico e nao contrata um profissional para prestar um bom atendimento e sim contratas pessoas que nao sabem o minimo para exercer a função!A cerca de uns 5 a 6 meses atras levei meu carro na oficina para que ele verificasse um barulho na roda dianteira direita.levei o carro de manha e no final da tarde fui buscar,foi trocado a homocinetica e Voltando para casa percebi que o barulho persistia,falei com ele e marquei para levar novamente alguns dias depois!E alguns dias depois retornei na oficina e deixei o carro novamente,novamente ele diagnosticou um problema no bolachao ,essa era a razão para o barulho ,ao inves de fazer o lado que estava ruim ele fez os dois,nao achei certo mas se ficasse bom estaria tudo bem,tendo em vista que ele ja havia trocado a homocinetica sem necessidade! Sai de la e no outro dia no trajeto que faço diariamente meu carro parou de tracionar,e olhando debaixo do veiculo percebi alguns pedaços de parafusos.Contratei um guincho e levei novamente para a oficina.Chegando la colocamos o carro no elevador e percebi que nao havia nenhum parafuso no bolachao e que a homocinetica que ele havia trocado estava completamente solta,nao haviam feito o aperto que se e necessario! Então ele trocou os parafusos por parafusos de qualidade e reapertou oa homocinetica e o guincho ele me reembolsou por uma troca de oleo cara com um oleo de marca barata !Mas ate ai tudo bem eu preciso do carro pois e meu ganha pao! Mas logo apos uns dias o lado do bolachao do lado diretio ,aquele que nao havia necessidade de trocar começou a estalar tambem ,levei para ele dar uma olhada e para que fosse interessante para ele pedi para trocar os disco dianteiros,pois ele sempre me reoslveu os problemas no mesmo dia,sai da oficina e o barulho estava la de novo ! liguei para ele e ele disse que era normal! como normal????? depois de muita briga e de relações estremecidas pedi para que ele resolvesse o problema e que o problema estava na qualidade ou parafusos que ele utilizava ou seja ele nem olhou para ver qual era o problema na ultima vez !!!enfim tive que direciona-lo para o problema ,trocar os parafusos que ele estava utilizando no bolachão.
E depois de todo este estresse que passei ,pensei que estaria livre do piscinão,lembra a troca de oleo cara com oleo barata ? saiu mais cara que ainda,pois hj quando fui fazer a troca descobri que eles espanaram a rosca e ao inves de me comunicar,meterao cola e ficaram quietinhos!!e estes 3 meses estou rodando com um vazamento de oleo ,fui falar com o cidadao Reginaldo que me disse o seguinte "e normal espanar a rosca "e que se eu quizesse um serviço bom levasse em uma concessionaria."
Resumindo o serviço dele e bom desde que vc roda pouco pois se vc rodar muito vao descobrir o defeito antes dos 3 meses de garantia acho por baixo perdi uns 4 dias de serviços ,mas espero que ele tome consciencia e contrate profissionais capacitados.tentei resolver com diplomacia mas as pessoas confundem em ser educado com ser idiota!

About 5 to 6 months ago I took my car in the workshop so that he could check a noise in the right front wheel. in the morning and at the end of the afternoon I went to get it, the homocinetics were changed and when I returned home I realized that the noise persisted, I spoke to him and arranged to take it again a few days later! And a few days later I returned to the workshop and left the car again, again he diagnosed a problem in the cookie, that was the reason for the noise, instead of doing the side that was bad he did both, I didn't think it was right but if it was good it would be okay, considering that he had already changed the homocinetica without need! I got out of it and the other day on the daily commute my car stopped traction, and looking under the vehicle I noticed some pieces of screws. I hired a tow truck and took it back to the workshop. Arriving there we put the car in the elevator and realized that it was not there was no screw in the wafer and the homocinetics that he had exchanged were completely loose, they had not made the tightening necessary! Then he changed the screws for quality screws and retightened the homocinetica and the winch he reimbursed me for an expensive oil change with a cheap brand oil! But so far so good I need the car because my money is earned! But right after a few days the cookie side on the right side, the one that there was no need to change started to crack too, I took it for a look and for it to be interesting I asked to change the front discs, because he always replanted the problems on the same day, left the workshop and the noise was there again! I called him and he said it was normal! as normal ????? after a lot of fighting and strained relationships I asked him to solve the problem and that the problem was in the quality or screws he used or he didn't even look to see what the problem was last time !!! finally I had to direct him for the problem, replace the screws he was using on the cookie.
And after all this stress I went through, I thought I would be free of the swimming pool, remember the expensive oil change with cheap oil? it came out more expensive than that, because today when I went to make the exchange I found that they dusted the thread and instead of communicating, I added glue and they were quiet !! and these 3 months I'm running with an oil leak, I went to talk to the citizen Reginaldo who told me the following "it is normal to dust the thread" and that if I wanted a good service I would take it to a dealership. "
Summing up his service is good since you run a little because if you run a lot they will discover the defect before the 3 months warranty I think underneath I lost about 4 days of services, but I hope he becomes aware and hires trained professionals. diplomacy but people confuse being polite with being stupid!
