Fui pra Cancún bem quando começou a quarentena e todos os responsáveis se mantiveram super preocupados com a possibilidade de mudança ou cancelamento de vôo, sempre reunindo a turma pra passar informações... apesar dos pesares, foi uma uma viagem inesquecível na qual eu fiz mtas amizades... e ja estou de viagem marcada com eles pra julho/21. Ansiosíssimaaa!!!
I highly recommend this wonderful company ... super attentive from the first information until the return shipment ... I went to Cancún right when the quarantine started and all those responsible were very concerned with the possibility of flight change or cancellation, always gathering the class to pass on information ... despite the regrets, it was an unforgettable trip in which I made many friends ... and I am already scheduled to travel with them for July / 21. Anxious !!!

We had been planning a trip with friends for a few years now and the idea was to go to Tomorrowland. We contacted some agencies and B.Max was the one that best served us, responding quickly and always clarifying all our doubts. Everything went as planned and the trip was amazing! Mesmo com as orientações eu e meu noivo acabamos optando por ir e ter o suporte remoto da B.Max, pois devido a pandemia nossa viagem foi adiada. Mesmo remotamente o suporte prestado por eles foi incrível ; Dicas anteriores a viagem, suporte durante embarque e desembarque, durante nossa estadia, compra dos pacotes de passeios, enfim, tudo que precisamos durante a nossa estadia lá tivemos orientação. A viagem para nós foi incrível, muitas experiências novas, amizades, festas.. foi tudo muitooo ótimo, valeu muito a pena. O hotel que ficamos era muito lindo, vários restaurantes e bares ótimos. Só agradecer a B.Max por nos proporcionar esse momento que com certeza ficou marcado em nossas vidas
The experience we had with B.Max was too much, we went to Cancun 2021. Even with the guidance my fiance and I ended up choosing to go and have B.Max's remote support, because due to the pandemic our trip was postponed. Even remotely the support provided by them was incredible; Previous travel tips, support during embarkation and disembarkation, during our stay, purchase of tour packages, in short, everything we need during our stay there we had guidance. The trip for us was incredible, lots of new experiences, friendships, parties ... it was all sooo great, it was really worth it. The hotel we stayed in was very beautiful, several great restaurants and bars. Just to thank B. Max for providing us with this moment that was certainly marked in our lives

Quando contratamos o pacote acreditávamos que não teria mais Pandemia na data da viagem, e quase pensamos em desistir. Mas a Flávia nos deu toda a assistência para que tudo corresse perfeitamente na viagem, pesquisou todas as restrições, nos orientou minuciosamente para que tudo estivesse nos conformes, conseguiu transporte, troca de vôos e estava em contato conosco 100% do tempo, seja dia ou de madrugada. A Bmax foi extremamente atenciosa com a gente e esteve presente em todo o momento da viagem que precisávamos. A relação que construímos com a Bmax e com a Flávia não foi só uma relação cliente-agência, foi uma relação de amizade mesmo! Essa semana em Cancún com certeza vai ficar para nossa história como uma das melhores viagens de nossas vidas, então não tenho como agradecer o suficiente à Flávia e à Bmax por toda a assistência, carinho e cuidado com a gente. Com certeza faremos outras viagens com a Bmax, inclusive já estamos ansiosos pelas próximas!
My fiance and I took a trip with Bmax to Cancún and it was a magical experience. When we hired the package we believed that there would be no more Pandemic on the date of the trip, and we almost thought about giving up. But Flávia gave us all the assistance so that everything went smoothly on the trip, researched all restrictions, guided us in detail so that everything was in compliance, managed transportation, exchanged flights and was in contact with us 100% of the time, either day or at dawn. Bmax was extremely attentive to us and was present at all times of the trip that we needed. The relationship we built with Bmax and Flavia was not just a client-agency relationship, it was a friendship relationship! This week in Cancún will definitely stay in our history as one of the best trips of our lives, so I can't thank enough for Flávia and Bmax for all the assistance, affection and care with us. We will certainly make other trips with Bmax, we are already looking forward to the next ones!
