★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo falar com nenhuma agência Santander. Nem nessa agência e nem mesmo na central de atendimento. Em última opção do atendimento eletrônico, pedem os três números final do cartão. Como não tenho cartão, após alguns segundos desligam. Como faço para conversar ou obter informações ou acesso ao gerente da minha conta ???? Não tem condições resolver certos assuntos somente por atendimento eletrônico.
I cannot reach any Santander branch. Not at this branch or even at the call center. In the last option of the electronic service, they ask for the final three numbers on the card. As I don't have a card, after a few seconds they turn off. How do I chat or get information or access to my account manager ???? It is not able to resolve certain issues only by electronic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da agência e temi pela minha segurança. Um homem amigo dos segurança da agência foi super grosso e rude comigo. Solicitei que ele colocasse a máscara, pois ele entrou na agência sem e ninguém fez nada. Quando informei que faria uma reclamação dele, o mesmo informou que não trabalhava na agência e veio em minha direção e em um tom de ameaça me disse p cuidar da minha vida.
NENHUM SEGURANÇA FEZ NADA!!!!
Sai da agência por temer pela minha segurança. Foi horrível!!
Estou abrindo uma reclamação no Santander para que alguém tomem alguma providência.
I just left the agency and I feared for my safety. A man friend of the agency's security was super rude and rude to me. I asked him to put on the mask, as he entered the agency without and no one did anything. When I informed him that I would make a complaint against him, he informed that he did not work at the agency and came towards me and in a threatening tone told me to mind my own business.
NO SECURITY DID ANYTHING!!!!
I left the agency out of fear for my safety. It was horrible!!
I'm opening a complaint with Santander for someone to take some action.
