They only open between 10 am and 2 pm and they still go out for lunch and leave customers standing outside, crowding the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. O auto atendimento só apresenta a informação para a solução do meu problema ir a uma agência física falar com um gerente. Ou seja o banco não me deixa alternativa, em plena pandemia, de solucionar um problema se não for em uma agência física.
O Santander não aprendeu nada com empresas como o Nubank ou o Banco Inter!?
Santander nunca mais!!!
Horrible. Self-service only presents information for the solution of my problem to go to a physical agency to speak to a manager. In other words, the bank leaves me no alternative, in the middle of a pandemic, to solve a problem if it is not in a physical branch.
Santander hasn't learned anything from companies like Nubank or Banco Inter !?
Santander never again !!!
