Bar/Boteco, nada de luxuosidade, estilo aqueles de vila mesmo.
O torresmo que é o carro chefe estava no ponto certo, suculento e crocante! Não tem muita gordura, bem equilibrado entre gordura e carne. Não posso deixar de comentar da pimenta que acompanha a porção, "uma delícia" isso por que não curto pimenta. O torresmo é um espetáculo, só de lembrar o barulho dessa pururuca quebrando nos dentes já dá água na boca.
Já diziam que a propaganda é a alma do negócio e o Bar do Jânio diz que é o melhor torresmo de rolo do planeta, Será? Vai lá e experimenta e depois vc me diz...

The crackling that is the flagship was in the right spot, juicy and crunchy! It doesn't have much fat, well balanced between fat and meat. I can't help commenting on the pepper that accompanies the portion, "a delight" because I don't like pepper. The crackling is a spectacle, just remembering the noise of this pururuca breaking in the teeth already makes your mouth water.
They said that advertising is the lifeblood of the business and Bar do Jânio says it is the best crackling on the planet, Is it? Go and try it and then you tell me ...
