★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com aparelhos velhos, a piscina era pra ser aquecida, as pessoas saindo batendo o queixo, o vestuário é no andar de baixo, então sem condições de sair da piscina e pegar friagem, a única coisa que ainda presta são os funcionários, não recomendo, tem muitas outras no entorno melhores e com preços mais acessíveis
 Gym with old equipment, the pool was supposed to be heated, people going out hitting their chins, the clothing is on the floor below, so you can't get out of the pool and get cold, the only thing that still works is the staff, I don't recommend , there are many others in the surroundings that are better and more affordable

Não tem glamour das academias da moda, equipadas com TVs e aparelhos de última geração. É uma academia para quem quer realmente treinar e não para quem está em busca de lazer ou de "ver e ser visto".
Old school style gym for those who appreciate the style. It has all the necessary equipment for weight training. There is no glamor in fashion gyms, equipped with state-of-the-art TVs and appliances. It is a gym for those who really want to train and not for those looking for leisure or "seeing and being seen".

Excellent service by the professionals who work there. Great facilities, totally family atmosphere and excellent price. Grade 10 gym I recommend the best gym I have ever done. My mom and grandpa are well treated by the professionals and the owner so a love of a person I really feel at home we never miss a day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As aulas de natação para bebês e crianças são incríveis! A professora é ótima e os alunos aprendem brincando e se divertindo. A piscina é sempre limpa e não é gelada no frio. Super recomendo!
Swimming lessons for babies and toddlers are amazing! The teacher is great and the students learn by playing and having fun. The pool is always clean and not cold in the cold. Super recommend it!

Algo que tenho a ressaltar que a recepcionista me deu suporte porém a sua liderança (péssima). Melhorem e troquem de gestão
worst gym in the neighborhood, terrible structure, horrible management if you need support keep in mind that you will have to humiliate yourself.
