★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no horário marcado, porém ainda haviam duas pessoas a serem atendidas, e eu estava com uma criança de 1 ano no colo, que já estava assustada, então disse q eu iria para casa e voltaria depois, porém meu filho ficou com sono, então dei janta a aele e banho, e não estava com meu celular, estava dando atenção ao meu filho. Eles me ligaram 17 vezes, e mandaram diversas mensagens dizendo q eu havia deixado eles esperando (detalhe q eu marquei as 17, e cheguei no horário, quem ficou esperando fui eu, e nem por isso distrato ou fui desagradável c eles), por fim, me deixaram extramemte nervosa, mandando um milhão de mensagens, e querendo saber se eu iria pagar pelo corte (que não foi realizado), eu estava tão cansada de ser bombardeada mesmo que o erro tenha sido deles (eu entendo que atrasaram, mas eu cheguei no horário,essas coisas acontecem) e eu fui super compreensiva com eles, mas não poderia ficar ali esperando ele atender mais duas pessoas, para cortar o cabelo do meu filho, e eu tendo que amamenta. Enfim.... Foi uma situação que eu jamais esperei passar... Paguei pelo corte, que não foi realizado para que eu pudesse ter paz, já que eu havia sido praticamente atacada por eles. Foi uma experiência que eu jamais imaginava passar na vida.
Não recomendo, não quero nunca mais pisar neste lugar, fui extremamente mal tratada.

They called me 17 times, and sent several messages saying that I had left them waiting (detail that I made an appointment at 5 pm, and I arrived on time, I was the one who was waiting, and I didn't distract or was unpleasant to them), finally , made me extremely nervous, sending a million messages, and wanting to know if I was going to pay for the cut (which was not done), I was so tired of being bombed even though it was their mistake (I understand they delayed, but I I arrived on time, these things happen) and I was super understanding with them, but I couldn't stay there waiting for him to see two more people, to cut my son's hair, and I had to breastfeed. Anyway... It was a situation that I never expected to go through... I paid for the cut, which was not carried out so that I could have peace, since I had been practically attacked by them. It was an experience I never imagined having in my life.
I don't recommend it, I never want to set foot in this place again, I was treated extremely badly.
