São muito educados, mas a qualidade do serviço é 0 (zero), pior corte da minha vida.

Não sei o por que do mau atendimento, a apatia do funcionário é preocupante. Pedi um corte simples com a máquina zero alta do lado e cortar as pontas.
Serviço mal feito, com rebarbas a fazer, e quando pedi que fosse feito, parecia que ele estava me fazendo um favor sendo que todos os locais que eu corto têm atenção nas rebarbas que fica ao lado e no “roda-moinho” o qual ele nem tocou, enfim não vou à barbearia para ensinar o barbeiro a cortar, o mínimo que se espera é paciência e atenção com o cliente, coisa que não se teve.
Fui até a Barbearia pois estava aberta na quarta feira de cinzas, e com certeza nunca mais voltarei.
Acredito, até por conta das avaliações, que essa barbearia não seja de um todo assim, porém essa má impressão com o funcionário em questão me fez ter essa visão de que ganhar/fidelizar um cliente com um serviço de qualidade não é a prioridade do estabelecimento.

I went to the Barbearia because it was open on Ash Wednesday, and I will certainly never go back.
I believe, even because of the reviews, that this barbershop is not like that at all, but this bad impression with the employee in question made me have this view that winning/retaining a customer with a quality service is not the establishment's priority .
