Quando chegou em casa percebo que o corte precisava de ajustes, meu marido voltou para solicitar o acerto necessário. Ficou aguardando o horário que mandaram ir porém, para nossa surpresa a recepcionista diz que teria que pagar novamente!! Como assim? Nem fazia 1 hora que havia cortado o cabelo e eu tenho culpa de que o profissional não fez bem feito? Foram mercenários, desapontaram uma criança de 11 anos! Nos desgastaram ...Uma barbárie aos direitos do consumidor. Não recomendo o local de forma alguma! Poderiam ter ganho um cliente assíduo, foi nossa primeira vez lá e última.
My husband took my 11 year old son for a haircut and I couldn't go. When I got home I realized that the cut needed adjustment, my husband came back to ask for the necessary adjustment. She was waiting for the time they told her to go, however, to our surprise the receptionist says she would have to pay again!! Like this? It hadn't even been an hour since I had cut my hair and it's my fault that the professional didn't do it well? They were mercenaries, they let down an 11 year old! They wore us out ... A barbarity of consumer rights. I don't recommend the place at all! They could have won a regular customer, it was our first time there and our last.
