★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente burocrático e difícil. Minha bateria descarregou, acionei um seguro e consegui ir até a porta da autorizada. Chegando lá, fui mandado embora sem nem abrir o portão. Tive que entrar em contato com o dono para que abrissem o portão e resolvessem o problema. Não compro Baterias Tudor nunca mais e não recomendo nem aos meus inimigos.
Extremely bureaucratic and difficult service. My battery drained, I activated insurance and managed to go to the authorized door. Once there, I was sent away without even opening the gate. I had to contact the owner to open the gate and solve the problem. I never buy Tudor batteries again and I don't even recommend them to my enemies.
