O cliente. Por mais de uma vez eu outras pessoas que trabalham comigo tentam pedir o lanche pelo o Ifood e o restaurante cancela sem avisar o pq. E quando a gente liga, inventam várias desculpas como: não conseguimos abrir a tempo hoje, tivemos um contratempo e por aí vai … mais de 3 vezes. É uma pena, pq o lanche e a proposta são tops, mas com pessoas que não sabem administrar e não se importam com a satisfação do cliente.
