Depois que trocou de dono e pizzaiolo o padrão caiu 99% massas finas, cruas, pizzas chegam frias e sem recheio algum, demora nas entregas, enfim péssimo, péssimo ??. Estão igual aquelas pizzas de 10,00 que passavam vendendo nos carros...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa pizzaria era minha favorita, após a saída do antigo dono, agora ficou ruim.
Fiquei uma hora esperando a pizza no estabelecimento e eles conseguiram fazer errado.
Agora estou com um crédito de 45,00 na casa.
Vou solicitar o reembolso.
Pois não dá para sair satisfeita, ou come o que eles mandam ou eles respondem ignorante.
This pizzeria was my favorite, after the previous owner left, now it's gone bad.
I spent an hour waiting for the pizza at the establishment and they managed to do it wrong.
Now I have a credit of 45.00 on the house.
I will request a refund.
Because you can't leave satisfied, either eat what they tell you or they respond ignorantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas esperando a pizza chegar. Pedi 21h40 e chegou 23h40. Que descaso! Me informaram 40 minutos quando fiz o pedido. Liguei quando deu 1h e mesmo assim não adiantou.
2 hours waiting for the pizza to arrive. I asked for 9.40 pm and it arrived at 11.40 pm. What a neglect! I was told 40 minutes when I placed the order. I called when it was 1:00 and it still didn't work.

Ou seja, 2 horas e 10 pra comer uma pizza.
A primeira pizza veio quase fria e todas com pouco recheio.
Antes a Bel Mangiare era referência agora, a qualidade caiu e muito.
The pizza took 1 hour and 30 to arrive and when it arrived it was missing one that took another 40 minutes.

Primeiro o motoqueiro não acha meu endereço e ainda sai MENTINDO dizendo que me ligou e chamou, e no celular não tem nenhuma ligação perdida. Já recebi a pizza toda revirada sem condições de comer e tive que devolver. E o meu pedido sempre demora mais de 1 horas.
Good evening, I've always liked this pizzeria and I always order from it, but lately the service is lacking. First the biker can't find my address and he still goes out LYING saying he called and called me, and there's no missed call on his cell phone. I already received the pizza all overturned without conditions to eat and had to return it. And my order always takes more than 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Nunca mais compro nada nesse lugar. Pedi 2 pizzas as 20:30 e só chegou as 00:40. Fiquei extremamente envergonhada pelas visitas que estavam na minha casa. Liguei por diversas vezes e os atendentes insistiam em mentir, dizendo que a pizza já estava a caminho. Tive que sair pra ir buscar em outra pizzaria. Trouxe a pizza, comenos e minhas visitas foram embora, somente depois de tudo isso que a pizza chegou. Um total descaso! Se não queriam entregar era só dizer a verdade.
Terrible attendance! I will never buy anything from this place again. I ordered 2 pizzas at 20:30 and it only arrived at 00:40. I was extremely embarrassed by the visitors who were at my house. I called several times and the attendants insisted on lying, saying that the pizza was already on its way. I had to leave to go get it at another pizzeria. Brought the pizza, we ate and my visitors left, only after all that the pizza arrived. A total disregard! If they didn't want to deliver, just tell the truth.
