Recentemente mandei msg PL aplicativo e fui destratada por uma funcionária que foi muito mal educada, eu adorava comprar lá, mas o atendimento me fez ir para o concorrente so pela falta de educaçao, que eu acho que deveria ser o mínimo para atrair clientes ... Vcs estao crescendo e nao sei quem atende PL ZAP mas se continuar assim vai perde muito clientes.
 Bad service ... I recently sent msg PL app and was beaten by an employee who was very rude, I loved to shop there, but the service made me go to the competitor just for the lack of education, which I think should be the least to attract customers ... You are growing and I do not know who meets PL ZAP but if you continue like this you will lose a lot of customers.
