Cheguei sabado a loja estava quase fechando, com clientes dentro da loja pagando no caixa e eu parei a moto na frente da loja e perguntei, vc pode por favor pegar um saco de girassol pro meu passarinho e eu nem preciso de entrar. E ele disse q loja esta fechando nao da. A porta de rolar ainda la em cima, disse nossa gente q grosseria, nao volto aqui nunca mais.E nao vou voltar, pq estava alo um vez na semana gastando com meus pets
Agradeco o desconto mas nao piso mais nesta loja aonde nao quiseram me atender e se dependessem de vcs meu passaro ficaria com fome..
 Super upset, I would like the Store Owner to see and respond.
I arrived on Saturday the store was almost closing, with customers inside the store paying at the checkout and I stopped the bike in front of the store and asked, can you please get a sunflower bag for my little bird and I don't even need to go inside. And he said that the store is not closing. The rolling door is still upstairs, our people said it was rude, I'm not coming back here anymore.
I appreciate the discount but I don't step into this store anymore where they didn't want to serve me and if they depended on you my bird would be hungry ..

Muito tudo organizado E fácil localização dos produtos, a também tem uma coisinha adorável a gatinha Catarina é muito linda ❤️ e especial para mim são todos muito queridos.
Whenever I go to BeniPet, I am always well attended by everyone, I like the boys and girls a lot ?? when I have doubts, they explain it to me in a way that I understand perfectly well. Everything is very well organized And it is easy to locate the products, the kitten also has a lovely little cat Catarina is very beautiful ❤️ and special to me they are all very dear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei uma msg por Whatsapp para a loja no dia 01/12/2021,para me informar sobre valores de produtos que pediria mensalmente. Até hoje não me responderam,apenas visualizaram e sequer me responderam nem p falar q n tinham,ou q ñ poderiam responder de pronto.
Enfim,foi minha primeira experiência com a loja,que para mim foi super negativa.
Perderam uma nova cliente que iria ter um bom gasto mensal ali.
I sent a message by Whatsapp to the store on 12/01/2021, to inform me about product values that I would order monthly. Until today they didn't answer me, they just visualized and didn't even answer me, not even to say that they didn't have, or that they couldn't answer right away.
Anyway, it was my first experience with the store, which for me was super negative.
They lost a new customer who would have a good monthly spend there.
