★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo bem de tecidos e fui comprar um tecido que me foi encomendado para o curso de corte e costura, me venderam outro semelhante que não serviu pra finalidade dele! Sem falar que depois achei mais barato noutra loja tb.
Quando tentei trocar pelo tecido correto, a dona negou a troca, com o argumento que "Se fizer isso, a loja se transformaria numa loja de retalhos e não mais de tecidos!"
Tudo bem: contei pra minhas colegas no curso de costura e NINGUÉM vai comprar lá! Simples assim: não vai vender retalhos, mas tecidos tb não: pra mim e pras minhas colegas!
I don't understand fabrics well and I went to buy a fabric that I was commissioned for the course of sewing, sold me another similar that did not serve his purpose! Not to mention that I later found it cheaper in another store too.
When I tried to swap for the right fabric, the owner denied the swap, arguing that "If you do, the shop would turn into a retail store and not fabric anymore!"
Alright: I told my colleagues in the sewing course and NOBODY will buy there! Simple as that: will not sell flaps, but fabrics also not: for me and my colleagues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja suja , funcionários despreparados , uma senhora muito mal educada que parece ser dona da loja. Não tem álcool gel na loja , atendimento extremamente péssimo. Evitem essa loja. Muitas outras lojas tem um atendimento muito melhor !
Dirty store, unprepared employees, a very rude lady who seems to own the store. There is no alcohol gel in the store, extremely poor service. Avoid this store. Many other stores have much better service!
