★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido, me deram um prazo de 40/50 minutos. Passou dos 50, entrando em contato a pessoa informou que demoraria mais 30 minutos. Totalmente sem compromisso e sem respeito ao cliente. Não recomendo.

Quanto ao tempo de entrega é sempre no horário combinado. ouve sim dias que atrasou, por conta do trânsito, porém sempre no horário certo.
Mas como sempre o bom atendimento da Dona Beth sempre compensa compensa qualquer imprevisto.
Eu recomendo sempre.
Good food, good seasoning, nothing exaggerated. Salt in the right spot the spicy spices with the food.
As for the delivery time it is always at the agreed time. he does hear days that he was late, due to traffic, but always at the right time.
But as always, the good service from Dona Beth always pays off any unforeseen.
I always recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enrolaram com Nota Fiscal. Pedi 3 marmitex e solicitei a NF na hora do pagamento. Me disseram que enviariam depois do horário de pico, em tom de que estavam me fazendo um favor. Pedi no dia seguinte e disseram que nao emitiam NF em final de semana (Oi???). Liguei e pedi de novo na 2a feira, explicando que precisava pra pedir reembolso para empresa onde trabalho. Novamente disseram que enviariam depois, mas....nada. Até hoje não tive retorno. Achei um desrespeito, além do que sonegação fiscal é CRIME.
They wrapped me up with Invoice. I ordered 3 marmitex and requested the NF at the time of payment. They told me they would ship after peak hours, in a tone that they were doing me a favor. I asked the next day and they said they didn't issue invoices on weekends (Hi???). I called and asked again on Monday, explaining that I needed to ask for a refund to the company I work for. Again they said they would send it later, but....nothing. Until today I have not had a return. I found it disrespectful, in addition to the fact that tax evasion is CRIME.
