★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito boa, porém o atendimento demorado, porque a oferta de serviço é ampla. Penso que poderia ter mais fincionaeios para agilizar o atendimento. As vezes só precisamos de um xerox e outros clientes é manutenção de impressoras, que é mais demorado.

Já foram umas 3 máquinas diferentes. A loja está sempre cheia. Isso mostra como todo mundo da região gosta muito dos serviços e da seriedade da equipe da loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e honestidade desta loja e muito bom , ainda mais hoje nos dias de hoje que muitos lugares o cliente paga por conserto que nem precisa , a minha impressora funciona até hoje depois de um concerto deles e quando deu um problema , olharam e nem cobraram e me orientaram quanto ao uso de um erro meu , sendo que com o conhecimento deles , eles poderiam simular um conserto e não fizeram isso , pessoal honesto no que faz , tive outras vezes lá e o atendimento foi ótimo , já até indiquei clientes pra eles que ficaram tbm muito satisfeitos , o Elton e o Giovani e os demais que eu não sei o nome tbm , até suporte remoto , eles me deram , eu nunca vi uma loja fazer isso. Parabéns BH cartucho de contagem , continue assim com a honestidade e seriedade de sempre , Parabéns.
