★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado fui ao bairro e precisei vacinar minha cachorrinha e fui muito bem atendido. Ótimo atendimento pelas meninas, cortou a unha e vacinou com todo carinho e cuidado.
Saturday I went to the neighborhood and needed to vaccinate my little dog and I was very well attended. Great care by the girls, cut the nail and vaccinated with all the love and care.

Consultei e mediquei.
Tinha um retorno que se transformou em transtorno.
Inúmeras tentativas de contato,não obtive resposta e quando consegui fiquei a espera de um retorno que não aconteceu,liguei novamente e esse retorno eles não tinha horário.
Agora quando ligo,eles não atende ou o telefone fica mudo.
Primeira e última consulta,acho que a importância do retorno deveria ser a mesma de uma consulta.

I consulted and medicated.
There was a return that turned into an inconvenience.
Numerous attempts to contact, I got no response and when I did I was waiting for a return that did not happen, I called again and this return they had no time.
Now when I call, they don't answer or the phone goes dead.
First and last appointment, I think the importance of the return should be the same as a consultation.

Entrei em contato pra ver sobre a consulta, a pessoa que me atendeu disse que tinham ligado, até aí eu entendi que poderia ser uma falha na rede. Mas ao invés de marcarmos a consulta, a moça ficou pedindo meu WhatsApp pra mostrar que tinha ligado. O meu gato todo debilitado e a moça querendo discutir ligações.
Fui muito mal recepcionada. Sinceramente!
They kept calling me but there is no call on my cell. I got in touch to see about the appointment, the person who answered me said they had called, until then I understood that it could be a fault in the network. But instead of making an appointment, the girl kept asking my WhatsApp to show that she had called. My cat all frazzled and the girl wanting to discuss connections.
I was very poorly received. Sincerely!
