Na segunda vez me arrumaram um encaixe, meus cachorros até que não demoraram, porém passados cerca de 2 dias, minha cachorra apresentou algumas erupções na pele, encaminhei fotos ao wpp, se disponibilizaram a dar outro banho, mas como acreditei que o problema não fosse esse, neguei. As erupções pioraram, levei meu pet no veterinário, gastei quase 200 reais só de consulta, fora a medicação. Pedi ajuda a dona para pagar, pois não tenho condições, e não fui ajudada, fiquei esperando e nada, além da mesma duvidar da palavra da veterinária que informou que é uma dermatite causada por má secagem. Bem insatisfeita, não levarei mais.
I sent my dogs twice in this pet, the first time I had no problems. The second time they found me a socket, my dogs didn't take long, but after about 2 days, my dog had some skin rashes, I sent photos to wpp, they offered to take another bath, but as I believed the problem was not this one, I denied. The rashes got worse, I took my pet to the veterinarian, I spent almost 200 reais just for the consultation, apart from the medication. I asked the owner for help to pay, as I can't, and I wasn't helped, I was waiting and nothing, besides doubting the word of the veterinarian who informed that it is a dermatitis caused by poor drying. Well dissatisfied, I won't take it anymore.
