Já havia ''alugado'' 10 jogos de mesa com essa lojinha para o aniversário do meu filho e não haviam me entregado e nem dado satisfação. Resolvi tentar novamente no dia 19/04/2022, pedi para o vendedor 4 jogos de mesa para sexta -feira a noite 22/04/2022 e o mesmo me falou que seria entregue até às 14h00, o que não aconteceu, mais uma vez a loja não cumpriu com sua parte, não deram nenhuma satisfação, e para piorar o motorista apareceu na minha casa com as cadeiras no dia seguinte da festa. Na data de hoje, entrei em contato com a ''loja'' ( não dá nem pra considerar que seja uma empresa esse lugar ) para registrar uma reclamação, e um tal de Cândido foi extremamente debochado e arrogante. O pior lugar para se alugar qualquer coisa, não tem um pingo de respeito pelo cliente, se quiserem alugar mesa e cadeira para festa e não querem passar vergonha e raiva (pq não vão entregar) aluguem em outro lugar.
Terrible attendance
I had already ''rented'' 10 table games with this little shop for my son's birthday and they hadn't delivered or satisfied me. I decided to try again on 04/19/2022, I asked the seller for 4 table games for Friday night 04/22/2022 and he told me that it would be delivered by 2:00 pm, which did not happen, once again the store didn't do its part, they didn't give any satisfaction, and to make matters worse the driver showed up at my house with the chairs the next day of the party. On today's date, I contacted the ''store'' (you can't even consider this place to be a company) to file a complaint, and a man named Cândido was extremely mocking and arrogant. The worst place to rent anything, they don't have a shred of respect for the customer, if you want to rent a table and chair for a party and don't want to be ashamed and angry (because they won't deliver) rent somewhere else.
