I bought a roasted termite and it was horrible. I paid dearly and got a tough, dry meat that looked like the sole of a shoe. Unable to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento vou denunciar para o procon fui atendida hoje 04/01/2022 Pou um homem grosso mal educado dizendo que era o gerente visualizei uma linguiça fina de frango com o valor de 15.90 o quilo o mesmo me disse arrancou a placa do valor na minha frente e disse qe não iria vender por aqele valor que estava errado.
Eu disse qe queria pagar o valor que estava marcado na linguiça ele foi muito mal educado e grosseiro não indico esse açougue pra ninguém e não vou deixar de denunciar para o procon não compre nesse açougues anunciam um valor e querem vender por outro me senti lesada.
Bad service I will report it to the procon I was seen today 01/04/2022 A rude rude man saying he was the manager saw a thin chicken sausage with a value of 15.90 a kilo, he told me he took the value plate off my ahead and said he wouldn't sell for that amount, which was wrong.
I said I wanted to pay the amount that was marked on the sausage he was very rude and rude I do not recommend this butcher shop to anyone and I will not fail to report it to the procon do not buy this butcher shop they advertise a value and want to sell for another I felt aggrieved.

Não moro tão perto dessa casa de carnes, e até tenho alguns açougues perto de mim. Mas faço questão de comprar no Big Steak por conta do atendimento.
Preço é importante??? Claro que sim!!! Qualidade é importante???Demais!!! Mas um bom atendimento e poder viver uma boa experiência também tem um grande valor para mim.
I want to register my praise for the "unique" service and cordiality of all the butchers at Big Steak, especially MACIEL.
I don't live that close to this meat house, and I even have a few butcher shops close by. But I make a point of buying at Big Steak because of the service.
Does price matter??? Of course yes!!! Quality is important???Too much!!! But good service and being able to live a good experience are also of great value to me.
