★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não cumpre prazos, sempre enrola, dão uma desculpa atrás da outra, uma hora é que não tem gasolina, outra hora não tem carro. A dona é extremamente descompensada, grossa, não tem modos éticos para tratar pessoas.
The company does not meet deadlines, it always runs, they give an excuse after another, one hour there is no gas, another time there is no car. The owner is extremely decompensated, thick, has no ethical ways to treat people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUITO RUIM . Instalaram porta e janelas há menos de 3 anos ; uma das janelas QUEBROU a treliça de abrir . Agendei , após orçamento, para conserto.Ligaram reajustando o orçamento em 17%, sem terem visto o problema e mesmo assim concordei . Marcaram a visita ; na véspera às 23 horas mandaram uma mensagem para remarcar para 2 dias após . Remarquei . Fiquei aguardando e não foram fazer o conserto e nem deram satisfação. DESCONSIDERAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE !
TOO BAD . They installed doors and windows less than 3 years ago; one of the windows BROKEN the lattice to open. I scheduled, after budget, for repair. They called, readjusting the budget by 17%, without having seen the problem and even so I agreed. They scheduled the visit; the night before 11 pm they sent a message to reschedule for 2 days later. I remarked. I waited and they didn’t do the repair or give satisfaction. DISCONSIDERATION WITH THE CUSTOMER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMPRESA HORRÍVEL .... marcou 3 vezes para instalar as minhas portas, só vieram depois que ligamos várias vezes. Quebraram toda a parede da minha casa para colocar as portas, pq fizeram as portas com medida errada. Falaram que iriam arrumar as paredes e até agora nada.
HORRIBLE COMPANY .... he scored 3 times to install my doors, they only came after we called several times. They broke the whole wall of my house to put the doors, because they made the doors with the wrong measure. They said they would fix the walls and so far nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começou bem, depois ficou mais ou menos, e no final ficou pessimo!!!
Contratamos 3 serviços:
1- Duas portas: Foi ótima, honrou prazo e qualidade excelente;
2- Uma porta: Mal acabamento, teve que refazer e voltou mais de 6 vezes.
3- Duas portas: deixou uma porta semi instalada e outra jogada na varanda, e nunca mais apareceu ninguem.
A empresa tem bons produtos, porem a equipe de colaboradores deixa a desejar. E aparentemente a empresa cresceu e administrativa/gestão nao acompanhou crescimento, e acaba perdendo qualidade e atendimento. Infelizmente.

We hired three services:
1- Two doors: It was great, honored time and excellent quality;
2- One door: Badly finished, had to redo and came back more than 6 times.
3- Two doors: one door left semi installed and another move on the balcony, and never showed anyone.
The company has good products, however the team of employees lacking. And apparently the company has grown and administrative / management has not kept up, and ends up losing quality and service. Unfortunately.
