Cozy family restaurant. Service eh great, super attentive waitress explained the dishes in detail and made recommendations that pleased us a lot! We ordered 2 dishes w / cod.

Pedi um prato de filé mignon com natas AO PONTO.
Me mandaram uma carne super bem passada e dura.
Quando chamei a garçonete a mesma me tratou de forma estupida e grosseira dizendo “nós vamos tirar do cardápio mesmo pq é um restaurante português”.ué? Então porque colocam o prato no cardápio???
Ela disse que iria fazer outro mas o bife de filé mignon era descongelado no microondas. Enquanto isso a Dona Gabriela dona do restaurante reclamava alto dizendo que eu que estava errada de querer uma carne ao ponto.
Nunca mais volto.
Comida horrível, atendimento péssimo, pessoas sem noção do que é tratar um cliente bem.
Bad experience!
I ordered a dish of filet mignon with cream to the point.
They sent me a very well-done and tough meat.
When I called the waitress, she treated me in a stupid and rude way saying “we're going to take it off the menu anyway because it's a Portuguese restaurant”. So why put the dish on the menu???
She said she would make another one but the filet mignon steak was defrosted in the microwave. Meanwhile, Dona Gabriela, owner of the restaurant, complained loudly saying that I was wrong to want meat to the point.
I never come back.
Horrible food, terrible service, people with no idea of treating a customer well.
