★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá para resolver um barulho na suspensão. Fazia pouco tempo que tinha trocado os amortecedores, se eu não tivesse olhando, o rapaz que estava retirando os amortecedores ja estava dizendo que estavam ruins. Depois trocaram apenas o KIT DO AMORTECEDOR. Não conseguiam balancear por problemas na máquina. Não tive bom atendimento infelizmente.
 I went there to fix a noise in the suspension. It had been a short time since I had changed the shock absorbers, if I hadn't been looking, the guy who was removing the shock absorbers was already saying they were bad. Then they just changed the SHOCK ABSORBER KIT. Couldn't balance due to machine problems. I didn't have good service unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema dos Autocenter é que nunca vc sai lá pra fazer 1 serviço. Eles sempre condenam peças do seu carro que vc acabou de trocar. Mas é apenas minha opinião.
Se for trocar a pastilha de freio vai condenar as bandejas os rolamentos a suspensão os pneus etc.
The problem with Autocenter is that you never go out there to do 1 service. They always condemn parts of your car that you just replaced. But it's just my opinion.
If you change the brake pad, you will condemn the trays, the bearings, the suspension, the tires, etc.

Não sei se houve troca de equipe/ funcionários, pois entendo perfeitamente o que significa um orçamento abusivo (já passei por situações idênticas em outros lugares), porém hoje, não sei se por sorte de ter um ótimo profissional, muito transparente e honesto no atendimento (Lucas) que fez a o serviço de troca de pneus, gerente Marcelo, atendente Rafael, tive uma experiência gratificante.
Foram bem claros e recomendo a procura por estes profissionais.
As acomodações são ótimas! Sala VIP bem aconchegante, dá pra aguardar.
O que mais me tranquilizou foi a honestidade (sem invenção de troca de peças desnecessárias, afinal, tenho um mecânico próprio e acabei de sair da oficina com todas as revisões necessárias). Se não fosse honestos, eu certamente saberia!
Fui muito respeitada nesse local!
I noticed that 6 months ago there are complaints from this site. I don't know if there was a change of team/employees, as I fully understand what an abusive budget means (I've been through similar situations elsewhere), but today, I don't know if I'm lucky to have a great professional, very transparent and honest in the service (Lucas) who did the tire change service, manager Marcelo, attendant Rafael, I had a gratifying experience.
They were very clear and I recommend looking for these professionals.
Accommodations are great! Very cozy VIP room, you can wait.
What reassured me the most was the honesty (no invention of unnecessary replacement parts, after all, I have my own mechanic and I just left the shop with all the necessary overhauls). If I weren't honest, I would certainly know!
I was very respected there!
